If speaking about my life and how I feel makes me messy, then I don't want to be "clean." Personally, I believe speaking on our experiences, feelings, and mistakes is how we become clean.
This episode is about radical self-love and personal truth even when it hurts. I vulnerably share my process of letting go of my family connections to pursue deeper healing and a happier life. I hold myself accountable for enabling generational trauma for so long and find empathy for those continuing it even while exposing it. I speak on moments I chose something different and the pain of shedding my old life.
 
I hope sharing my messy healing journey helps someone else out there feel less alone in their own.
